Fincatur is a life model based on a simple life in the countryside, in total respect for nature and far from the stress of the usual life or work of big cities.
Our purpose is to provide that total disconnection from the usual urban life and "simply" reconnect with yourself, be able to spend a few quiet moments with family or friends, or simply have a cozy space to spend the holidays.
We come from the aviation sector on the one hand and the jewelry sector on the other. In 2008 we began our entrepreneurial journey in the organic natural cosmetics sector, producing our own raw materials and products on our own farm.
The summer of 2012 was when we started offering our first B&B with only three rooms and little by little we have been creating an environment in which every corner is unique.
Today we have two farms completely suitable for the current lifestyle and a total of 75 hectares. totally sustainable with organic crops. olive trees, carob and paulownia used for wood for furniture, biomass for different uses and firewood.
Additionally, 100% of our energy comes from our solar panels...in fact we are not connected to the electrical grid.

Fincatur South was built in the 16th century in Llucmajor, although it is not the typical Mallorcan construction, both its configuration, location, orientation, stone construction and the old mill tower, give it a unique character and spectacular views.
Nowadays redesigned as a holiday home, it has 6 double bedrooms, all of them with ensuite bathrooms and 6 full bathrooms to perfectly accommodate between 10 or 12 people.
Its impresive infinity pool stands out with impressive views of the valley.
Fincatur North is a 17th century estate, typical of Mallorcan arquitecture and located at only 1 km from fincatur south.
Redesign also as a vacational home but mantaining an agricultural activity as a farm.
It has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with a huge fireplace. Well equiped kitchen and is able to fit up to 7 people. As well has a 35 sqm infinity pool providing a unique views to the valley
